We do not stock anything with us; so after getting your order, we arrange ordered product from our vendors or companies. So in case if a product shortage is there then it may take more than the given time for the order delivery or later, if a product is found to be unavailable, then addmug will have full rights to cancel & refund the amount of the order.

Eligibility

If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years but at least 13 years of age you may use the Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. If your age is below 18 years your parents or legal guardians can transact on behalf of you if they are registered users. You are prohibited from purchasing any material which is for adult consumption and the sale of which to minors is prohibited

Shipping & delivery

Shipping charges are given on the website apply to the order’s package weight up to 500gm. If the weight exceeds 500gm, then you will have to pay more for the shipping as per the charges are given below. In such case, our team will inform you before shipping.

Shipping charges as per the order package’s weight are given below:-

Normal shipping charge (for whole India)=Rs.55 for the first 500 gm. Delivery time: 2 – 3 working days once we ship.

Refund & cancellations-

At addmug.com, our team ensures processing correct items as per order. We also strongly recommend that the items are checked at the time of delivery. We are happy to issue a refund based on the Situations listed below:

• Product(s) delivered do not match your order.
• Received a defective item;
• The ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit;
• The ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.

Please Note: Once we have received your returned item we will issue a refund to the payment method which you have furnished to pay for the order. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to show on your account.

Note: If you see that you are getting the damaged item on delivery, then do not accept the product delivery because we do not guarantee any refund or replacement in case if you accept the damaged item.

Account & Registration Obligations

All users have to register and log in for placing orders on the Site. You have to keep your account and registration details current and correct for communications related to your purchases from the site. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the shopper agrees to receive promotional communication and newsletters upon registration.

Pricing

All the products listed on the Site will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of order will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis but in a few cases the prices may increase or decrease so in this case price difference will be paid by the customer.
